Terms of Use

Rules for using keylakeestates.org and its public forms. These website terms are separate from the documents that govern an actual KeyLake service relationship.

Public website only Service Terms stay separate Updated August 29, 2026

What these terms cover

These Terms of Use govern your use of keylakeestates.org and the public features available through it. They do not create or replace a customer service agreement. If you become a KeyLake customer, the signed Service Authorization, Service Terms, agreed property checklist, applicable invoice terms, and any signed addendum for your property govern the service relationship.

A website request is a request, not a contract. Sending a form does not by itself start service, guarantee that KeyLake will accept a property, reserve a visit, approve a requested change, authorize entry, or create a charge.

Using the website

You may use this site to learn about KeyLake, request service, refer a property, ask for an existing payment link, request a service change, or contact us. Please use the site lawfully, provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and share another person’s or property’s information only when you are authorized to do so.

Do not attempt to interfere with the site, gain unauthorized access to KeyLake systems or accounts, or use the site to submit harmful, deceptive, or unlawful material.

How service actually starts

Public website forms are part of the conversation, not the final service setup. Before paid service begins, KeyLake and the customer must complete the setup and authorization that apply to that property, including the agreed scope, plan or frequency, access arrangements, pricing, and other required service terms.

Service descriptions and limits

The website gives a general description of KeyLake’s current services. A scheduled property-status visit is a factual snapshot at a particular time. It is not a guarantee that every condition or loss will be discovered or prevented.

KeyLake does not offer the service as security, guard or patrol work; a licensed home inspection; testing, diagnosis, certification, or code or safety evaluation; property management; emergency response; trade or repair work; claims adjusting; or another licensed or professional service that KeyLake has not expressly agreed and been cleared to provide.

Keep sensitive information out of public forms

Do not submit passwords, lockbox or alarm codes, gate or door codes, key locations, full card or bank details, or exact absence schedules through public website forms or ordinary email. If KeyLake needs sensitive access information, we will handle it through the separate customer-setup process used for that purpose.

Website information, pricing, and availability

We work to keep the site accurate and useful, but website content can change as KeyLake updates its services, pricing, routes, availability, or policies. General website information does not override the written terms for a specific customer or transaction. If a signed customer document or authorized invoice conflicts with general website copy, the customer-specific document controls for that matter.

The website may also be changed, maintained, temporarily unavailable, or discontinued in whole or in part when reasonably necessary. It is not an emergency communication system.

Third-party services and links

Some KeyLake business functions use third-party services, such as the payment option connected to an authorized invoice. When you use a third-party service, that provider may apply its own terms and privacy practices. KeyLake’s public forms are not designed to collect full card or bank credentials.

Links to outside websites are provided for convenience or because they support a particular business function. A link does not mean KeyLake controls or adopts everything on an unrelated third-party site.

KeyLake name, brand, and website materials

KeyLake’s name, branding, and original website materials may not be copied or presented in a way that falsely suggests another person or business created them, is KeyLake, or is authorized to speak for KeyLake. Third-party photography, maps, software, or other material used on the site remains subject to the rights and terms that apply to that material.

Changes to these website terms

We may update these Terms of Use as the website changes. The date shown on this page identifies the current website version. Updating these website terms does not silently amend a customer’s signed Service Terms or Service Authorization.
