Recurring prices and One-Time Service base prices are shown before applicable New York sales tax. A one-time request that requires additional approved labor, materials, travel, vendor coordination, or a different contract/tax treatment is scoped and priced before work begins. Any approved separate charge is shown separately.

When documentation is part of the service, make it useful.
Recurring property visits use the Property Visit Report. One-Time Service documentation depends on the approved scope, so you receive the useful record the task actually calls for rather than a fake one-size-fits-all report.

KeyLake invoices can be paid by card or ACH through QuickBooks, by PayPal when it appears on the invoice, or by paper check. We never ask for card or bank numbers by email, text, or the public form.

Use the secure payment button on the invoice. QuickBooks handles the payment details.
