Why KeyLake
A local service for when you can’t be at the property yourself.
We’re building KeyLake around careful visits, useful updates, privacy, and doing what we said we would do.

Our approach
Built for people who need someone local while they’re away.
KeyLake gives owners one local property-support relationship for recurring service, one-time needs, useful documentation, and owner-directed coordination when they cannot be there themselves.
Your photos stay privateVisit and property photos stay in your service records unless you separately give written permission to use them publicly.
Sensitive access details stay out of reportsKeys, codes, and other sensitive access details are kept out of ordinary reports and customer-visible history.
Broad support, controlled scopeKeyLake can perform approved property-support work and coordinate owner-approved providers. We do not pretend broad service makes us a security company, licensed home inspector, real-estate broker/property manager, insurer, emergency-response service, claims adjuster, or licensed trade contractor. Requests outside our cleared role are coordinated or declined.
